Pranayama Mama is owned by Samantha Misch. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She took a deeper interest in yoga when she learned of the many benefits outside the physical realm of a yoga practice. Samantha and her husband have two daughters and two dogs. She enjoys traveling and reading.
Samantha is specialized in prenatal yoga and kids yoga. Her background includes five years of teaching children ages three - twelve years old. She uses her experience from teaching to build valuable kids classes and workshops.
Her goal for all her students is to leave her classes feeling refreshed and revitalized.
